Luke is starting to mimic our phrases and words consistently now. He said "what's that?" tonight when David was asking him that question in reference to Luke's shoe. Luke also said "toe" to me when he stepped on my toes this evening. One of his favorite words in "Heli". He just adores David's radio controlled helicopters! He'll walk by them and say "HELI, HELI" Of course he's saying down, up, stop, no, Mama and Daddy.
He's responding to instructions/questions too. I asked him to bring me his cherries (welches dried cherries are one of his favorite things) and he went into the livingroom picked them up and brought them to the kitchen with a HUGE smile. He then went and sat in his high chair when David asked him if he was ready to eat. He's a smart cookie!
